How do I get an Advantage Funding home loan?

Apply on-line with the apply now link.
You will have an answer the next business day under normal conditions. If we have a larger than normal number of applications it may a bit take longer.
We will go over your options and find out which option or options interest you the most.
We e-mail or fax the good faith agreement and a lock-in form to you.
Fax back the lock-in agreement if you wish to get started. If you have selected to lock your loan, your loan will be locked at that time.
We FedEx paperwork to you including a check list of what we need to complete the transaction, along with a return FedEx envelope. If you would rather come to our offices, just call to make an appointment.
Once we have the paperwork back from you, we will order an appraisal and you can expect to close in about a week at a title company location that is convenient for you.
